OUR RESPONSE TO COVID19

We will be here every step of the way, to maintain and deliver high quality and industry standard procedures in response to infection and prevention control against COVID19. A lot of changes have to be made, and we ask you to please work with us! Changes will be made quite frequently, and not everything listed on this page is currently updated. We will do our best to update this as the days progress.

  • Protocols for Clients & Staff before entering our salon, while at our salon, and when leaving the salon

  • Pricing for services

  • How our services can continue while remaining compliant

  • Impediments to certain types of services (not all the services we offer will be available right when we open) 

We will always strive to deliver the best service while remaining as safe as possible for the well-being of our staff, clients, and the community as a whole. 

As the situation evolves, we will update procedures based on public health instructions.

All the staff at Noi Folino are BARBICIDE COVID19 CERTIFIED, & BARBICIDE CERTIFIED ON INFECTION AND PREVENTION CONTROL

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES WILL THE SALON TAKE?

  • Deep cleaning of whole salon and stations before salon re-opens.

  • Full de-clutter of salon to rid of unneeded items.

  • Each staff member is BARBICIDE COVID-19 Certified.

  • Each staff member is BARBICIDE Certified on proper sanitization and disinfecting practices and procedures with the current highest industry standards

  • Each station will be 2 metres apart.

  • Create Infection control checklist for daily and weekly cleaning/disinfection.

  • Limited to 2 sink units (2 meters apart)

  • We have the right to refuse a service

  • No more than 10 persons in the salon at a time

  • If you do not have an appt but would like to purchase products please call us to arrange for curbside pickup.

  • We will always have these items available and on site:

    • Hand Sanitizer.

    • Masks.

    • Gloves.

    • Face Shields.

    • Disposable Capes

  • No Magazines.

  • No walk-ins.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR CLIENTS

  • Clients must fill out a screening attestation form after appt is booked. Attestation will remain on clients profile and must be updated by client should anything change.

  • Clients must sanitize upon entry into facility.

  • Clients must not arrive with gloves for your safety and ours (we will provide you with gloves if you wish to wear)

  • Clients must bring their own masks (we can provide you with a mask if needed)

  • Clients must come alone, please do NOT bring friends/family/children to appointment.

  • Please practice social distancing.

  • Please keep your hands inside the cape during your service.

  • Please remain outside the salon/inside your vehicle until you receive a call from us telling you to come inside. 

  • Client uses hand sanitizer before opening door to exit

 

PROTOCOLS FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

PROTOCOLS FOR OUR STAFF

  • Before and after every client: 
    Wash hands and put on gloves.

  • Wear mask and disposable gown or apron. 

  • Clean and disinfect station.

  • Clean and disinfect tools.

  • Clean and disinfect equipment: Flat irons, wands, blow dryers, dryers,  o e-files, nail lights, table lamps, o wax heaters, paraffin warmers, steamers, facial equipment, towel warmers.

  • Clean and disinfect capes and/or aprons.

  • Clean and disinfect technician and client chairs, and beds.

  • Put out clean towels, linens, and gowns required for service.

  • Put out required service products and single use, disposable items.

  • Ensure linens are washed as per normal requirements and stored in appropriate location. 

  • Please remember, all of our work schedules have had to be reduced in half to comply with the number of people allowed at one time.

  • Due to a high volume of rescheduling, we ask that if you cannot get through via phone, please leave us a message. And we will do our best to answer your messages and emails by the end of each day.
